This book is about:
How to Invest using Creativity and Knowledge, Even if you don’t have a lot of Money or Credit.
I have found that the books I have read and listened to have helped me think in different ways than many other people. I wrote this book to help you see that there are other ways to buy real estate. You do not have to go get a good W-2 job, have a high credit score & a large down payment. I do not have any of these things and still have managed to purchase over 20 units in the past few years. You do not have to go ask a banker for a loan. There are many people out there that want to earn interest on their money. They loan it to the bank & then the bank loans it to us investors at a higher rate. When the bank said “No, we do not loan to minors” I decided to skip the middleman. (Actually I asked what a minor was first.)

It is a great way to learn & I also got to spend many hours playing with my family. Making money is important, but it doesn’t mean anything unless it gives me more time with my family.
